Community Development Work
Prof. Brian Williams is actively involved with peace education and peace work to resolve issues of youth violence and killings as well as dealing with the impact of criminal gangs on community life.
Prof. Williams’s knowledge of global conflict theories and how to apply models of demobilization, disarmament and re-integration has been successfully used in the mediation of community conflicts involving non state armed groups.
